Phase 2

O.k. so I know that I missed the what's happening thread on the 8th, but apparently that is just too much of a commitment for me right now so I didn't do it and I may not do it again. I never said I was one to follow through with things.

Anyways this is what I like to call phase 2 of the backyard. Phase 1 was the sprinklers and phase 3 will be the hydroseed. So phase 2 was fixing our fence! Ever since we moved into this house the fence on the South side has been broken leading right into our neighbors backyard. And I don't know if you have noticed from the pictures it's not exactly a nice yard to look at. The fence is so nice it makes me want to do the whole backyard, oh well maybe in a couple of years. Anyways now all we need to do is kill all the weeds in our backyard (which may end up being the biggest project yet!) and then we can hydroseed. They say with hydroseed that in two weeks you have a pretty good lawn

I love this picture of Will working. He worked so hard that day mostly using daddy's screw gun to screw and unscrew, but he sure thought that he was helping. I walked out earlier in the day and he was out there all by himself with the hammer trying to knock down the old fence. He seriously had a blast!

And then Kyanna just needs me to take a picture of her whenever I get the camera out. Someday I am going to make a slide show and post all the weird random pictures that end up on my camera from kids!

O.k. I wasn't going to add any Easter pictures until tomorrow ( I have some pretty cute videos!) But I realized that I didn't have a picture of the finished product. I know there is still a slat missing here but we are waiting for the cement to totally dry.
